Warm Up Your Morning


Start your weekend morning off with this delicious recipe for Blueberry Lemon Biscuits! Simple to prepare, these treats are gluten and dairy free for those who are so inclined. Put the kettle on for a cup of tea and settle into your Sunday morning comfort zone!


Blueberry Lemon Biscuit

  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup blueberries

Mix dry ingredients together. In a bowl whisk eggs, lemon juice and honey. Pour into dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in blueberries. Drop large spoonfuls on parchment lined paper and bake at 325F for 15-20 minutes. Timing will depend on the size of your biscuits.

If I turn my back for a minute, one will disappear so I think they’re good!
