Very Berry Smoothie Recipe


1/2 cup (120 ml) water
1/2 cup (120 grams) vanilla or plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup (80 grams) red grapes
1/2 cup (75 grams) frozen strawberries
1/2 cup (80 grams) frozen blueberries
1/2 cup (100 grams) frozen raspberries
Several slices of frozen banana

Place all ingredients together in your blender, blend and enjoy!
